Aside from Gwenpool, most others are still valid. Eternity sees the whole universe as nothing but fiction, obviously TOAA sees the whole multiverse fiction. There is also Loki who can manipulate it (as the God of Stories).

Also, tbf, Gwenpool's was never dimensional R>F. She was from one thousand something reality (normal reality, mind you) which has been confirmed multiple times to be a version of our world inside the multiverse.

...Because wanking yourself isn't a story's objective, and sometimes narratively it makes better sense to get nerfed.

It's not exactly a foreign concept lol, Gwenpool wasn't integrable with the greater verse the way she was in her first series.
