Question 1: What is the origin of the Vacuum Manipulation? Since I can not think to where this would come from, exept for maybe Big Bang.
Question 2: Are some evilities, and overload skills considered canon here to some characters but not others? Since I have seen some character have them on there profiles while others are missing there's all together. So it seems very inconsistent.
Question 3: Is the canon learning system for generic skills considered a verse wide thing, or is it only for the character that show up in the first 2 games? I mainly ask this do to the fact some characters like Laharl looking to having most if not all there game's generic skills, but ones like Desco, and Valvatorez do not also have this.
