Quick Overwatch Upgrade

After doing some calculations, which can be seen right here, I managed to boost two characters to 8-B+.

• Mei - Who would have a special key, keeping her 8-C and High 8-C tiers, and would be 8-B+ with Preparation. This would only scale to Mei as the calculation relies on the energy required to freeze the Titan, Tracer's Pulse Bomb was what you could consider a catalyst for this reaction.
• Symmetra - Through her Photon Barrier, I don't know why we never calced it but I guess there it is.
  • I would also add another ability for Symmetra which would be Thread Manipulation, as seen in her Marammat Comic.
• Possibly Lifeweaver - Should be comparable to Symmetra as they harness the same technology, even though his is somewhat superior.

I should clarify on why the ice wall is fine to scale to Mei's gun: that's it's attack. It's basically dura neg, sure, but it's what that gun does.

Could it really count as the gun itself? Since it was the entirety of her backpack that was used in her feat, not what’s contained in her gun.

Her gun kinda does the same thing, going by her own Cinematic, but if you want to apply it to the self-destruction thing alone that's also fine

IIRC her gun uses the same shit as her backpack.
