There's no exact number but most of them are noticeably above baseline to different degrees. The weakest 3-A in the verse, the Wind Fish, has a very casual universe creation and destruction feat (Done by sleeping and waking up respectively) and characters like Hylia, Demise, and Vaati are significantly stronger than he is, Four Swords Adventures Ganon views characters like Vaati as a joke, Ganondorf with the Triforce of Power is much stronger than Four Swords Adventures Ganon, and the full Triforce and anyone who uses it / scales to it makes Ganondorf with the Triforce of Power look like Yamcha.
