Quick Cyclops Revision

This should be quick and easy. Cyclops’ 7-C stat is extremely dumb. It has no calc and seems extremely random. His 5-B also has a horrible justification.

This is how I’m proposing to reformat his optic blasts’ stats.

Also his durability says this

Higher against certain types of energy attacks (For example, he can withstand his own optic beams, due to being immune to their effects)

And that should be removed, because it’s not a durability thing, it’s just an immunity.
