Simple question.

1. Can two tier 0 beings from two different fictional universes fight?

2. Are all hax automatically found in a level 0 entity?

These issues are open to everyone, but please do not talk in vague terms. “Can two level 0 beings fight?” Ultima says, "That's a ridiculous idea." he replied. But this is a very vague statement.

None. This isn't a matter of "fighting" at this level.

Ultima states this because it's fundamentally flawed to expect any form of "outcome", heck, even the notion of "fighting", "losing", "winning" and other such concepts are non-existent for a tier 0 being. It is "fixed in itself" and as such can't be affected by something else.

In a way, you could (metaphorically) assume that every tier 0 found on the wiki are, in fact, the "same being" portrayed differently/in different media.

2. Are all hax automatically found in a level 0 entity?

Yes, they would be able to do anything and possess every hax.

About the second one:
All tier 0 are omnipotent so they have all abilities, if you see only some of them in their profile is because those abilities are the only ones that we see the character use.
