2. Can an Omniscient character uses Precognition on Acausality Type 4?

3. If an Omniscient have Power Mimicry, can he copy all of the opponents ability? Or will it be NLF?

1. depends on where they got the omniscient from, is it from cosmic awareness, then yes, if not, then most likely no
