So I just read justice league incarnate and darkseid was sent to Earth 33 with Doctor multiverse and president superman.
He was disguised there as a dc comics author or editor and made a comic book there where he won in that issue.
Doctor multiverse wasn't sure if it would but it did happen as darkseid wanted in that comic book he wrote when they left Earth 33.

So is this plot Manipulation or another thing?

Note: Earth 33 sees other universes as fictional. So it might have to do with it.

Earth-33 has always been a bit of a weird world. But if it did affect the main universe and it's events, then yeah, it should be plot manip. Earth 33 should be low 1-c
