Question regarding Multiplying Calcs by hands

Do we multiply the value of a calc based on if it was done with 1 hand or just leave it as is? I've seen both instances of it on the wiki, and so I'm just a little confused on our standards regarding it.
 
We usually leave it as is, since using two hands would distribute the load evenly.

Plus, punching with two hands is undoubtedly harder than punching with solely due to the biomechanics of the human body, the same is usually true for LS.
