Question about Vegeta and Nappa

See the Weaknesses in Shenron's profile. Sometimes abilities have limits like that, it just has to be established that way.

No, but still could be used to overpower other characters that used this abilities.
What?
no because they didnt overpower it shenron just couldnt do it, at least thats what im assuming from what eficiente said, idk what this post is referring to
Shenron couldn’t do it because he didn’t have the power to do so I assumed overpowering a Hax made you gain resistance I might be wrong tho

if it was more shenron failing then it was vegeta and nappa resisting then no, it would be a weakness of shenrons, not a resistance of vegeta and nappas

So it wouldn’t count as resistance if you overpower a hax?
No, that doesn't make sense. The hax has a weakness and the targets meet that weakness.

Notably, DB has the bad writing habit to let hax be resisted via higher power, but that's situational to each case where that happens and many hax shown were shown to work against stronger targets than the user of the hax. No need for conjectures.
