1- If a character can travel to any story ever would that grant them 2-B range or 2-A range?

2- A character has 2-C with Environmental Destruction and a character is superior to them in any way possibly including raw power. Would they therefore be 2-C?

Immersion if the stories are just stories, else if the stories have 2-B/2-A COsmologies then aye.

As long as they can apply that power to be environmental like Character A.

I think its talking about “stories” in our perspective. So its basically every fictional universe ever for us

These fictional universes are supposed to be the fictional universes we know, since its all stories would that geant them 2-B range since theres countless stories in history

Well, the range is based on exactly that, range. It depends on how far these fictional universes are from the traveler, and how far they are from one another. Are some fictional universes farther away than others, or are they all generally the same distance?

Is standing in a timeline while its merged count as surviving it?
