Question about the Tiers

The majority of the Tiers seem to be like a number closer to 0 is better, with 0-C being the best, but Tier 11 seems to be more powerful than 10-6, so I want to ask, is Tier 11 separate from the other Tiers or am I misunderstanding Tier 11? Thanks.

Tier 11 is the weakest tier, the tiering system works like, the lowest number has the strongest characters, thats why tier 0 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 11

Alright thanks I just misunderstood tier 11. As far as I care we can lock the thread now

Ask for a staff to do that, maybe on their wall or on the all purpose thread
