Question about the Planet level meteor (Pokemon)

Small question i want to talk about this feat.
Umm the feat is assumed to be planet level but there is something I don't get it when the Meteor wiped out the planet why we still see the surface of the planet still being intact? Just asking since I found this weird

is it the grand meteor delta? Because that's the one used in his profile, and I think it's planet level due to KE

I did read the calc but I didn't understand anything did we assume that the entire planet got destroyed or only it's surface?

It uses the kinetic energy of the debris based on what I could see
