Question about the "Acceptable Content Rating Scale" involving actual art

So, the Rating Scale is overall vague but clear on what things are and aren't allowed to be used on profiles however something I noticed and was wondering is how does that relate when talking about actual real world art.

Doing the biggest Lupin III revision yet, and I've noticed some feats have actual real world art pieces included in them. Such as The Acropolis by Paul Delvaux or Metamorphosis of Narcissus by Salvador Dalí, would the inclusion of these famous pieces of art make the scene completely unusable? I am mainly asking this since while the letter of our rules say no, I am aware of the intention behind them as they stem explicitly from the Fandom rules which ban such things. Such rules also give this specific example a pass on account of it's historical context.
