question about Superman's tier

I been told a few days ago by friend that Superman Post-Prisis shake the multiverses in some comic,i dont know if that true but if this is,shouldn't that make superman universal\multiverse level in Attack Potency? Goku(from DB) for example do something similer and everyone accept him as universe level so why not supeman?

Why because superman has many things contradicting him being multiversal/universal after all he has been around for a long time. no not lasers i pretty sure that he(that friend) said he fight someone with physical power and the clashes between them shake the whole multiveres

Either way it is a outliner. Enless it's that one where he fights another superman and destroys time and space in their clash then that isn't universal.

Wow I called it basically like I said above they where destroying space and time with each punch while clashing it even says it in the texts. So no it is not universal and even if it was it would be another outliner
