Question about Striking and Lifting strength

Let's say a character has Low 2-C striking strength (physically), but they show no lifting strength feat whatsoever, they have no anti feat for L.S either, it's just a lack of feat. How should their lifting strength be indexed? (right now, it is peak human)

It really depends on what the feat is like, but if it is purely a matter of striking strength, then their LS shouldn't change even if they have an infinitely high category

The feat is like, fighting an opponent with superhuman strength, but the protagonist just jabs and kicks them (that's all the game mechanics allow them to do), there is no on screen brawling.

At that point just put "Unknown", they're probably well the **** beyond peak human, but if they don't got any feats, or statements, kinda can't rate them solidly.
