So i've had this question for a while, shouldn't Sans also be 9-B with his gaster blasters since i believe they are around that level of AP due to the fact they fire beams of energy/lasers.

Personally I think all of his magic should be 9-A (or 10-B, if dealing 1 damage isn't enough to scale to Frisk) since it deals the same damage as his telekinesis, but it doesn't really matter much at the end of the day. Telekinesis slamming deals one damage, bones deal one damage, blasters deal one damage... you think they'd all be comparable to each other.
