Question about regenerating from being skinned alive

A character got completely skinned alive, would healing from that be High Low or Low Mid or some completely different tier? What about regenerating from only part of your body being skinned, like only your arm got skinned, would that yield the same tier as the former?

Severe internal organ damage is the starting point for Low-Mid

Low-Mid ranges severe internal organ damage to regenerating entire limbs. Regenerating your flesh is no where near as impressive as growing your muscle tissue, and bones back.
