Question about Profile Additons

It's been a year or two since I've consistently been on VBSW and I was looking over the wiki management board for help making.... a certain profile, and saw nothing. I assume that has now stopped being a thing and now I ask: "Where do I go to get a profile made?"

if u click in any page of the wiki, you will find this option, so, click it, and then, publish the profile
