Question about potency of hax

Character can use forbidden energy(forbidden energy here is subjective reality). Every time it is stated that character's energy has increased, does that mean that his subjective reality has become more potent? For example let's say it's stated 10 different times that his energy has increased would that mean that he can bypass 10 layers of resistance?

No, that may give him more stamina or more applications, but resistance bypassing is only achievable with more specific statements and feats
