Question about possibly/likely feats

I doubted about "possibly/likely feats can use fight in vsthread?"

Example

Roughly if I post a battle thread between 2 characters and find that one character has infinite speed possibly/likely immeasurable. Conclude I should use infinite speed to reference this fight or I can use speed possibly/likely immeasurable?

You can't bump less than 20 minutes after creating a thread, you can only do it after 24 hours.

You can assume a certain value for the fight so long it is accepted and on the profile.

From what I understand you can use Possibly ratings in vs matches as long as it's accepted in the profile.

Say a character with a Possibly 9-A rating would be treated the same way a 9-A character would be used in VS matches.
