Question about Pocket dimensions

If we see a dimension having multiple galaxies inside of it and a character destroyed that dimension would it be safe to assume that the dimension is universal in size and the character that destroyed that dimension would be 3-A or it would count as a 3-B structure?

If there's nothing beyond "We know it has galaxies in it" I think it's better to consider it 3-B. But if there are "Parallel world" or :MIrror World" statements. And thus we'd have to question what it's parallel too. Most people wouldn't assume it's parallel to a limited collection of galaxies and it's usually two way into either planet Earth or The Universe. But existence of galaxies also means it can't be the former, so it would mean universe in that case. And of there are statements about having its own flow of time on top of other statements pointing to it being universal, then it would be Low 2-C.

Basically some summaries above there.
