Being a Monothestic deity just means there's one god. That doesn't automatically equate to Tier 0 or anything like that.

Not really, Monad in some philosophic meanings and generally powerscaling usually refers to some "higher deity"

Still no, monotheism is a much, much broader term than monad. The latter has some requirements in power/existence, while the former can even be 10-B, depending on the religion, the only condition being being the only god
