Can I use links that other people made to sites like imgur with pictures of the points I want to make, even if they are from a different site?

You can as long as the links aren't to some shady or inappropriate website (basically just be smart about it). Like if I post an imgur link with feats for Goku there's no reason to not use it, that's literally what the profiles do.
That being said I wouldn't recommend much with links made by people iff the site, especially if you want to add scans to the profiles. Since you don't know who made the link you can't guarantee they won't eventually change the pictures within it or if the pictures won't get deleted
