Question about intelligence

1. If verse A shows any knowledge (or creating something) that qualify for Supergenius while verse B never show any knowledge or anything for Supergenius.

Is supergenius/Omniscient character from verse A is smarter than Omniscient from verse B? (because Omniscient just know everything that show only in the verse.)

2. If character A get Supergenius by creating something and character B understands what A created.
So character B also get Supergenius same as character A?
