Question about Immeasurable speed

Do these count as immeasurable speed? If so, which is faster.

Character A: Unbound by linear time, but is within a universe with only 1 temporal dimension.
Character B: Bound by 3D time.

If this isn't immeasurable speed, what are some examples of immeasurable speed feats?

A. What is that even mean?, unbound by time but is within universe with 1 time dimension??, the amount of time dimension is irrelevant to getting immeasurable speed, and what is the context behind unbound by linear time?

B. What is 3D time even mean?

Example of immeasurable speed is you can physically travel through time as if it is travel through space, treat time as spatial distance

I was rereading the speed page to understand it better and the unbound by liner time was what the speed page said, but the exact words were "Movement unbound from the flow of linear time, which cannot be measured." I understood that as the example you gave after a bit more reading.

As for 3D time, I was meaning 3 temporal dimensions. When I was reading the speed page it said, "This is the same reason why multiple temporal dimensions also grant immeasurable speed". So I was wondering if it meant that the character too had to be unbound by the linear time of those 3 temporal dimensions or simply have to use multiple temporal dimensions.
