Question about Future Warrior and DBS

So, i wanted to know 2 things

1) Since Future Warrior fought on par with beerus and Whis, is he stronger than Whis himself? (Because of him being 1v2)

2) Why do we keep Xenoverse Beerus/Whis and Super Beerus/Whis separate entities? Whats the difference between them?
