Question about equal cosmology

No, without more context. Character A can be HDE, Character B isn't, it doesn't remove Character A HDE just because Character A and B cosmology are Equal.. You know that i can get HDE and still only be Low 2-C.

Now let me explain further.
The essence of equalize cosmology is to bring two characters in two different dimensions to the same plane of existence while equal everything related to that cosmology. For example, a cosmology is tier 1A and a cosmology at tier L1C, when equaled, both will be equal. Things like AP, range,... or hax (depending on context) will be equaled accordingly. However, their existence is not affected, they will just interact with each other as normal. In other words, a character with HDE when in cosmological equal will not lose HDE, however it will be quite useless since characters without it will be able to interact with them.
If you want to know how to make them lose HDE, just equal dimensional existence.
