Question about destroying a timeline

I have a question :
I heard someone saying that it's pretty easy to destroy a space/time continuum just by loading it with enough energy/mass to cause a distortion so Can this be accepted as a low 2-C AP feat or its just a chain reaction feat?

Depends, if it only distorts space then no. it would collapse the Space-Time, but that's basically how to destroy the base of a tower. (like the two towers, so to) speak.
there are also other cases

You need to affect the entire timeline to be Low 2-C at the first place, from the very beginning of the past to the very end of the future, all points of time.
