After using the Time Vault to destroy all existing timelines,how did Demigra plan to survive the destruction of existence?

Apologies in advance for my ignorance,I didn't play the game.

He'd be inside the time vault to tank the destruction, then create his own timeline from scratch

He was going to the Crack of Time which was a place outside of the Regular Multiverse and after the Timeline was destroyed he would use his powers(which he gained from Toki Toki) to create a Timeline of his own.
