Question about Darkseid's speed rating

So, I found this for Godhead Darkseid's speed rating.

Unknown, Multilocation with the Anti-Life Equation (Under the influence of the Anti-Life Equation, everyone was an extension of Darkseid's will, all one with Darkseid[3])

Why is Multilocation considered to be a speed rating? That ability isn't the same as Omnipresent where you exist everywhere at once, to the point that it wouldn't matter how fast you can move, because you exist everywhere at once. Though, it isn't the same with Multilocation so I'm unsure why this is a speed rating.

Why is Multilocation considered to be a speed rating?

Page itself says it's a sub type of omnipresence.
But it should be in p&a section rather than speed section.
