Question about Conceptual Manipulation

So I'm kinda new here and I read the page Conceptual Manipulation but I'm not sure if I understand it, specially Type 2

Can someone explain what a type 2 concept is, how a character would qualify having it, prefably with example feats?

Thanks.

Okay so i'll break it down for you real quick

So to understand a Type 2 concept i'll have to explain Type 3 concepts

So Type 3 concepts basically is a concept that everything in reality participates in. For example the concept of Matter because everything is made of matter, or the concept of death, because every living being can die. However this concept could not exist without things participating in it. If we were to destroy all matter, the concept of matter would cease to exist as a Type 3 Concept.

Type 2 concepts on the other hand are similar, however they can exist even without anything participating in it. So the same example from before, lets say we were to destroy all matter in the universe. The Concept of Matter would still exist as a Type 2 Concept, but if it were a Type 3 Concept it would not.

Some examples of Type 2 concepts in fiction are Chaos from Castlevania (Chaos is a conceptual entity that predates the universe, meaning it could exist as a concept without anything participating in it, thus making it a Type 2 concept.), The Fount of Life from Vampire Hunter D (The Fount of Life is the concept of life that allows the production of living beings, and Regenerationn. It exists in all things, even Abstract Gods who predate the universe, making it a Type 2 Concept as well.)

Thank you very much! I think I got it better now. I guess it's concept that doesn't need its object to be exist or something like that ahaha
