Question about chakra

So how did Minato meet Naruto?
Did his chakra like contain memories or what.
I dont really know how to word the question, —how was Minato able to talk and meet naruto while naruto was in his mindscape?
Like i actually dont know, did he use some kind of tehnique? All i know is he left his and Kushina‘s chakra inside him, but i dont see how that translates to Minato talking to and seeing Naruto.

I assume they placed part of their consciousness in their chakra that they left inside Naruto but that's just my assumption. I really don't know how they did it.

Chakra is just mental and physical so it's likely he's able to manifest through the chakra within naruto.

Minato and Kushina put Chakra into Naruto's seal, as part of a failsafe mechanism. Minato for when Naruto is about to release the Nine Tails. Kushina for when Naruto is going to tame the Nine Tails' Chakra. It's Kinda similar to what happened to the Nine Tails, how his Chakra was split in two, each having their own sentiency, but instead it's just a tiny portion for both Minato and Kushina.
