It's either the said human gain acausality type 5, NPI to aca 5, or the character not truly aca 5 to begin with.
Honestly, it sounded like a contradiction, and if there is no further context it could be dismissed as mere flowery language, hyperbole or we just treat it safely and put the character at aca 4.
That's my opinion. I suggest we wait for other knowledgeable members' input.

Nope, that would be type 4. Type 5 means normal interactions with them are impossible.
