Question about attack potency

What exactly counts as a "Small building?" or an "average building" or a "Large building"? How large is "Large"? How small is "Small"?

We go by energy. Attack Potency. We only go by size if it is outright shown. Small Building is the same as Room level by our energy scale.

The general benchmarks are:

1) Small Building level - Destroying a shed with a single attack

2) Building level - Destroying a house with a single attack

3) Large Building level - Knocking over a skyscraper with a single attack
