Question about Anime Ghidorah's statement

as we know, Ghidorah is capable of devouring everything in the universe.

however, we treat it as if it was just stars as seen with the Neuron Star in the profile, but discards other things as it states that he can devour EVERYTHING in the Universe, which is obviously refering more than just stars (things like Galaxies doens't count as they are just a gigantic cluster of stars) so that would include the likes of Nebulae and Supermassive BHs

As such -due to that first example- Ghidorah would actually be 4-A

why we just treat as if he just eat stars when it states that he can devour more than that?

I think that we cannot assume that he eats entire nebolae all at once, and supermassive black holes give High 3-A level damage in their singularities, so that seems even more exaggerated.

As such High 4-C seems like the safest and most reliable approximation for solid objects.

Yes he doesn't eat it at once, he can devour Nebula but it takes time
