Question about Altair's rating

Altair is listed as "At least Low 2-C" for being able to "create an infinite number of universes, though this would take an infinite amount of time", which is supposedly why she's her current rating and not 2-A. But this part doesn't have a scan, especially the last part. Is there a scan for these?

EDIT: I found the statement for her being able to create infinite worlds, but for the latter half of the statement, I've been unable to find.

That "overtime" statement is a headcanon, altough I have no interest to argue for it on this site.

iirc someone brought the raw and it made more sense to read it as "infinite story" rather than "infinite stories".
