Can Accelerator defeat an electricity user with the following abilities?
Imagine an electricity user who possesses absolute control over electricity. Their ability isn’t limited to simply generating or throwing lightning bolts; they actively manipulate electricity on a fundamental level, down to individual electrons and their interactions. This user wields electricity like a tool, shaping and directing it with precision and intent.
For analogy, think of it as controlling a spear: instead of just throwing the spear, they manipulate the very spear keeping it in their hand so for electricity it's electron by electron, it's charges, and interaction, guiding its every movement in real-time. Electricity doesn’t act independently or naturally—it’s entirely subservient to their absolute will.
In this scenario, if Accelerator attempts to deflect or neutralize their attacks using his vector control, what happens? Would their abilities clash, leading to a struggle for dominance over the attack's behavior?
