To get Acausality Type 5 or BDE 2, does a character have to have a Qualitative Superiority (to spacetime or causality) and not just lack of and transcend it?

Question about Acausality and Beyond Dimensional Existance

BDE Type 2 requires superiority, whereas Acausality Type 5 just needs evidence of being detached from causality and being unchangeable because of it, which can be achieved in a bunch of ways, including, but not limited to transcending causality.
