I guessing that dirt is rusty. Welp, destroying a bike should be wall level, being rusty it should decrease the hardness of the metal, so is slower up to unknown degree.
NOTE: This is just for fragmentation, cut at the half or any minor damage would yield less.

Ah, not dirt as in rusty, dirt bike as in an off-road bike. The bikes are being disabled with kicks (not given further details of damage caused) or pierced with bare hands. That might be just a Street level feat then.
