Question about a Demon's neck (Kimetsu no Yaiba)

It is something concluded by panels like these (only the first two pages aren't manga spoilers for anime-onlys)
Personally, I believe that Demons use Body Manipulation to distribute most of their durability to their neck since it is their weakspot, making other body parts weaker. Which explains why Demons get more damage than usual to parts other than the neck when caught by surprise.
