Think of a character who performs 10 uni feats with the "y" form, let's call that character "x"

If the "y" form increases this character's stats by 400 times

Is the character x still 10 uni in base form?

Still 10 unis but deeper into the scaling chain.

You cannot use multipliers to jump to a higher number of universes, as the distance between two separate space-time continuums is unquantifiable, but not infinite (Unless stated of course).

X still has be 10 uni AP in the "Y" form. Y just taking "higher". For example 2-C, higher with Y form. (Still 10 universe AP)
