First: Zirconia is on her profile. They should be separated. While it is speculated that Zirconia may actually be Queen Nehellenia since Queen Nehellenia's true form looks strikingly like her, it is not explicitly confirmed and should be separated for accuracy.

Queen Nehellenia should have 2-C tier for maintaining two spacetimes. She currently has Low 2-C.
