Queen can probably overwhelm him then. The mech is still incredibly agile, can duplicate, and has slight danmaku via fire breath and missiles.

Hold your horses. The mech is a very huge target that the Tops would hit the mech multiple times by ricocheting off walls of the buildings. Also Ali has Class G magnetism manipulation to halt the mech and missiles from stomping him.
 
so Ali's durability seems strong enough to endure hits from queen

Queens AP: Multi-City Block level

IDK if Ali has a resistance to fire or how strong Queen's flamethrower is

How often does she use it anyway compared to her other attacks

It's not. Flamethrower can be blocked by electromagnetic forcefield while the missiles can be brought to a halt by class G magnetism this is without the fact that Ali can simply destroy a danmaku worth of it with a single top in an enclosed space. Like how he basically revealed every single invisible platform with a single top17:38
