I'm going with Suzuya due to his superior LS and AP. His exploits are more impressive, and Quanxi's ranged attacks won't be anything new for him. Regen neg also does its job.

Fair enough. I knew nothing about Suzuya and heard they had relatively equal stats and iq so i voted incon.
Now though, i feel Suzuya can win so i'll vote for her
