It should be mentioned that the Megan universe is definitely canon, and it seems rather likely that Q would be unaffected by the likes of its inhabitants, not to mention already doing everything in existence at least once, so he would almost definitely be able to destroy its entirety based off his creation of multiple timelines, to which an infinite amount exist in the multiverse as shown in "Parallels," TNG.

I was just wondering in the book the Q Continuum what is the exact nature of the fusion between Q and the calamarain, did they become an entirely new being like how the fusion dance and Potara earrings do or was it still mostly Q (or calamarain or equally both)?

They became a perfectly new being, which would add Fusionism to his list of abilities, but unfortunately that key was not added. If it were, he would potentially gain a 2-A key.

Interesting, if its entirely perfect new being then you may have a chance of making a new profile for this character, and have him at 2-A.

I already brought it up in a CRT. You can make your own, I suppose, and I'll back it, but I was told that only canon profiles and keys are wanted (even though that particular series is officially licensed by Paramount) unless the character is massively different in a different rendition of the story.
