Even a base Zombie tanks being directly struck by natural lightning. Thus even base Zombies should be at a Building Level+ rating.

Normal humans can be struck by lightning and live just fine. If it's not a direct Gigawatt attack, it shouldn't be a 8-C+ feat.

People on this site have been put at Building Level+ before for surviving lightning. And this scan would be more likely than theirs because he was in the sky.

this guy took lightning 7 forking times, I believe twice in a row at one point.

Due to how Lightning is and how it doesn't actually seek to hurt you, unless it's via spellcasting or something, not good dura.

Problem is I can't even think of any profiles who use that.

inFAMOUS used to but we outed the profiles that did entirely

Point is, it's not 8-C dura and shouldn't apply to Zombies entirely.

I think that there are some profiles that scale durability from lightning strikes. We should probably mention in some calculation page that it isn't reasonable to scale from the full energy of a lightning bolt.

Anyway, the previously accepted suggestions can probably be added to the pages, yes.
