Pushing a Universe Inside Out?

I am wondering, if someone could push a universe inside out which contains it's own stars, suns, planets, laws of physics, etc.. would that make that person Universe level? or is there more to it? And if we are going with a sphere like object, then this would suffice fore proof of a Spherical Eversion.
