What do you have specifically in mind? It's probably not allowed, but the only one I can think of conclusively rn is that we aren't doing composite Cthulhu Mythos because it makes no sense.

We have no reasons to allow that. It's just allowing an arbitrary character to have a composite over many different franchises just because they're in the public domain.

I thought this was going to be a fun and games thread and thought it was talking about a joke Composite of all public domain characters. I would've suggested hat in the notable losses, there should be Mickey Mouse.
