Just a real quick CRT for james heller as I believe we should add a low 7-C for james heller with the use of the blade as it is demonstrated to be around the same level as that of mercer and we treat it as low 7-C due to this here scan
as this scan outright states that the blade allows mercer to preform the most powerful strikes in his arsenal even beyond that of the muscle mass power up which pushes mercer into the low 7-C power range and as such the same should apply to heller
This also should apply to the durability of both mercer and heller in their final fight as both where able to take attacks from one anothers baldes and keep on coming with little to no damage and recover the damage just as quickly
for heller it should be something like this
Durability: at least multi city block level likely small town level ( could fight evenly with alex mercer after he consumed 8 evolved and could withstand attacks from his blade seen here(1:47-2:10)) small town level with shields (could tank attacks from alex mercer)
and the key after he absorbs mercer
durability: at least multi city block level likely small town level ( consumed alex mercer and became far more powerful) at least small town level with shields
for alex mercer
